9-12 MONTHS BEFORE

• Evaluate your budget for your wedding, date and the number of guests you want to include.
• Price and check availability for your travel package with your agent at Worldwide Traveler.
• Secure your travel arrangements with a deposit.
• Prepare your guest list and send announcements or e-mails, advise your guests to contact Worldwide Traveler to make their travel plans early. 

4-8 MONTHS BEFORE

• Choose your wedding party. 
• Make arrangements for your reception with your wedding coordinator.
• Check on the legal requirements for your wedding destination.
• Finalize your own travel arrangments.
• Secure passport/visa if you are traveling outside the U.S.A.
• Worldwide Traveler will put you in contact with your resort wedding coordinator.  She will verify location of the ceremony and reception.

3-4 MONTHS BEFORE

• Register for luggage for your bridal shower or wedding.
• Secure tours, tee times or any details with Worldwide Traveler to make your trip perfect!

2 MONTHS BEFORE

• Make your final payment on your honeymoon/wedding.

1-2 MONTHS BEFORE

• Shop for your travel wardrobe.
• Design a wedding itinerary for your guests.
• Make appointments for the bride and groom's wedding day massage.

2 WEEKS BEFORE

• You will receive your travel documents from Worldwide Traveler.
• Make copies of your passports and insurance policy.  Give one to family at home and pack the other in your luggage.

1 WEEK BEFORE

• Review final details with your wedding coordinator at the resort.
• Make arrangements to get to and from the airport.
• Plan guest seating.

• Concentrate on each other, relax and have the time of your life!
